Weekly Rentals Include:
Dockage for one boat, propane BBQ, use of canoe or pedalboat by reservation.
Pillows and bedspreads or comforters are provided on all beds. Linen is not provided.

Boats:
A boat is not included in a weekly rental.

Extra Person Charge: [by prior arrangement only]
All extra persons over the stated number per cottage will be $15.00 per night or $75.00 per week. No charge for infants under 2 years of age.

Linen Rental:
Bed linen only, is $8.00 per bed.
Full linen package is $14.00 per bed which includes 1 set of sheets, pillow cases, personal towels and kitchen towels.

Pets:
All pets must be approved prior to arrival. Cost is $40 per week and $25 per weekend.
Only one pet allowed per cottage. Pets not allowed in or around the beach area.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, less a $30.00 administration fee.

Except: After June 1st, refunds will be made after the unit has been reconfirmed.

Damage Policy:
Any damage done to any Oak Bay property while in the guests care, will be charged to the guest.

Visitors:
All daily visitors must register at the office upon arrival and pay a $3.00 per person park fee.

Taxes: 
Cottage rates are subject to 6% gst and 5% pst;
All other rentals are subject to 6% gst and 8% pst.
